At Honi Poke we believe food should strive to be as sustainable as it is satisfying, and we work hard to make our environmental impact as small as possible.
That's why we only use British chicken and responsibly sourced and sustainably caught fish, like Scottish salmon and line caught Yellowfin tuna and why we get all our packaging from a company that makes innovative and compostable containers using pulp from fibres of plant origin (natural materials that are both abundant and renewable).
And because we don't have any pre-prepared food and every bowl is mare-to-oder, our restaurants have close to 0% waste.
